General description: Professional training course on the basic knowledge necessary for the audio technician who designs and installs sound diffusion systems, such as audio systems for concerts or for any other type of event. In-depth analysis and practical tests following the most advanced methods and techniques.

Structure and timing of the course::

• Module 1: 2 intensive days on essential topics such as elements of acoustics and psychoacoustics, sound diffusion, audio signals, principles of operation of speakers and complex systems of amplification, etc.
• Module 2: 2 intensive days - official course Rational Acoustics on the known measuring system Smaart
• Possibility to carry out in-depth individual and personalized measurement exercises (after the Smaart course)

Target audience:: audio technicians already operating in the sector, generic technicians searching for a professional specialization.

Requirements of participants:: Practical experience in the field, basic professional audio technique. Possession of pc (windows and/ or mac).

Purpose:: reorder, consolidate, expand and deepen the cultural background of participants, providing knowledge, techniques and tools immediately usable in the field. Strengthen the professional skills.
